Ousmane Dembele wins 2025 Ballon d’Or

French footballer and PSG forward, Ousmane Dembélé has been crowned the winner of the 2025 Ballon d’Or.

Dembele beats Spanish and Barcelona wonder kid, Lamine Yamal and other contestants to the coveted award.

Dembele, a former Barcelona player himself, played a central role in Paris Saint-Germain’s success, helping them win Ligue 1, the Champions League, and other trophies.

He also earned the titles of Ligue 1 Player of the Season and Champions League Player of the Season.

His victory makes him the sixth French player in history to win the award, putting his name alongside legends like Raymond Kopa, Michel Platini, and Zinedine Zidane.

He is also the second player from Paris Saint-Germain to win the award, following Lionel Messi’s victory
