Nollywood Actor Okikiola Bakare Sustains Head Injury during Movie Shoot

Okikiola Bakare, a Nollywood actor, has expressed gratitude to God for his life after suffering a head injury on set.

After suffering a head injury on set, Okikiola Bakare, a popular Nollywood actor, has thanked God for sparing his life.

The actor made this known on Instagram, writing that working in the film industry presents many risks and difficulties.

Kiki Bakare claims he got hit in the head while filming a recent movie, but it’s not as bad as it looks.

He claims that although many factors are considered and actors are sometimes hurt in the process of making great movies, the producers and directors always see to it that their goals are met.

He wrote: “Shortly after shooting my movie on set, I sustained a head injury but it is not as bad as the dressing though, we thank God that it is not more than this, I will bounce back I’m a beat stressed, and tired. It is what we do and what we love to do.

“We face so many challenges as actors to make Good movies… We put so many things in place to make sure we create outstanding movies. During this process sometimes we sustain injuries on set and with that, we still make sure we achieve our aims and objectives.”
