Nigerians don’t need to travel overseas for greener pastures: says Tinubu
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Wednesday, said Nigerian citizens do not need to travel overseas, for greener pastures.
The presidential candidate made this revelation in Enugu, Wednesday while addressing his supporters at a campaign rally.
He said the people need to support him in order to rebuild the country.
He also said that some citizens of the country who travel abroad to make ends meet, ended up facing much problems.
“Those who are running overseas are suffering. We have been there. Anybody who tells you that you cannot do something, pray you can do it,’’ he said.
He said Lagos state is better than many nations in the Western world.
He said if Igbos should support and cooperate with him, he would turn the zone to an industrial cum manufacturing hub.
He said he will develop Enugu, and make it to become an industrial and manufacturing hub greater than what it is right now.
“You cannot block the way of success. It is only the ignorant that will stand on the way of victory.
“We are not looking for 25 per cent votes. We are working assiduously until Bola Ahmed Tinubu becomes the president of Nigeria.
“It is only when you invest that you can harvest. It is only when you vote for me that you will share from the national cake,’’ he declared.
