Nigeria vs Ghana: Super Eagles to resume camp on March 21

Ahead of the two-legged Qatar World Cup qualifiers between Nigeria and Ghana, the Nigeria Super Eagles Players are now expected to arrive at camp on March 21 for the crucial game.

The match billed for March 25 and 29 will see the 71-year-old rivalry between the two West African sides renewed.

All the FIFA World Cup qualifiers have been scheduled to hold during the international break time set by the world football governing body.

FIFA, has however set March 21 to 29 as the international break which allows all clubs in Europe and other parts of the world to release foreign players to play for their national teams.

Eagles’ camp is expected to be packed with players among which is Victor Osimhen and Odion Ighalo who weren’t on the card for the team during the last Nations Cup in Cameroon.

Even as many awaits the pronouncement of the official list by the NFF, Nigerians are eagerly waiting for the team to redeem their image against the Black Stars of Ghana.

Recall that Super Eagles led Austin Eguavoen crashed out of the last Nations Cup in Cameroon after losing their round of 16 encounter against Tunisia.

The first leg of the match in Cape Coast will take place on March 25, while the second leg holds on March 29 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
