NFF officially unveils Finidi George as Super Eagles Coach

The Nigeria Football Federation(NFF) has officially unveiled Finidi George as the coach of the Super Eagles.

Finidi was unveiled by the President of the NFF, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau alongside the Minister of Sports, Senator John Enoh.

Finidi, who was earlier appointed in acting capacity after the departure of the Portuguese gaffer Jose Peseiro was announced on a permanent basis last month.

The former Real Betis winger and Ajax was unveiled in the full glare of the media at the NFF headquarters on Monday in Abuja.

Before his announcement and official unveiling, Finidi, who has now stepped aside from his role as the Head Coach of Enyimba FC had earlier handled Super Eagles international friendly against Ghana and Mali during the period of his acting capacity.
