N100 million up for grab as NPFL super six holds in Lagos
The 2022/2023 Nigeria Premier Football League Super Six playoff draw has been scheduled to hold today in Lagos with N100M up for grab as prize money for the winners.
The draw would mark the official commencement of the season-ending competition with all the games live on Supersport channel of DSTV Nigeria.
Six clubs will compete in the competition that will determine the winner of the current football season.
Defending champions Rivers United, eight-time champions, Enyimba, Remo Stars, Bendel Insurance, Lobi Stars and Sunshine Stars are the participating teams.
The winner and the second-place team will compete in the CAF Champions League next season while the third-placed club goes to the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Super 6 playoffs will take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos from June 3–11.
