Many killed as bus collides with trailer on Lagos-Ibadan expressway

Many passengers were on Wednesday feared dead after a commercial bus reportedly plying one-way rammed into a trailer on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The Informant247 gathered that the the bus coming from Lagos inward Ogun State split into two after colliding with the trailer, killing several passengers on board.

The accident occurred around 7pm, where bodies were being loaded inside a truck.

Mr Babatunde Farinloye, the Federal Road Safety Corps Sector Commander, when contacted, confirmed the incident but could not give details, saying he was yet to get a full report of the incident.
