Liverpool score four to dent Man United’s top-four hopes
The Egyptian Mohamed Salah scored two goals as Liverpool beat Manchester United 4-0, reducing the chance of Manchester United’s top-four hopes.
Luis Diaz drove home the opener in the fifth minute from a low cross originated from Salah.
Mane delivered the third in the 68th minute with a finish originated from Diaz’s cross.
Salah delivered the fourth goal.
Liverpool is currently two points ahead of Manchester City, that has an outstanding match in hand, while Manchester United dropped to sixth on goal difference behind Arsenal.
