Kwara United to travel to Morroco on Wednesday
Ahead of their second leg match of the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round against RS Berkane of Morroco Kwara United have concluded plans to travel to Morroco on Wednesday.
It will be recalled that the Harmony Boys outshined the Morrocan team in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round at Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Sunday afternoon.
Kwara United staged a comeback against the defending Champions of the competition after a goal down in the first half. The team would eventually stole the show as they went on to secure a 3-1 victory.
The second leg encounter will hold at the 10,000 capacity Stade Municipal de Berkane on Saturday night with the Kick-off billed for 8pm.
While Kwara United are expected to travel through the Muritala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, the team will hope to get acclimatized with the weather conditions of their host’s location with their early arrangement
