Kwara United holds last training session ahead Abia Warriors clash
Kwara United players on Friday evening held their last training session at the Umuhaia Township Stadium ahead of their NPFL matchday six clash against Abia Warriors A on Saturday, 12th October 2024 by 2pm.
The training session was conducted under the watchful eyes of their Technical Adviser, Coach Tunde Sanni.

“Kwara United are getting familiar with the turf at Umuahia Township Stadium as they prepare for their Match Day 6 clash against Abia Warriors.The weather is sunny and bright as Harmony boys aim for maximum points” the team Media officer, Ayodeji Ismail said in a statement.
The game promises to be an interesting one given the exchange of personnel between the two clubs in recent times.

The current head coach of Kwara United, Coach Tunde Sani joined the Ilorin based side from Abia Warriors, having served the Warriors in an assistant capacity.
He was later joined by Ilorin by defender, Jimoh Gbadamosi and midfield enforcer, Ibrahim Dehinde.
Interestingly, the duo of Yakub Hammed and Paul Sampson rejoined Abia Warriors from Kwara United, having left Umu Chineke three seasons ago for the Ilorin based side.
Kwara United sits 13th position on the log with 5 points while Abia Warriors are in 14th position with 5 points with goals difference separating both sides
