Kwara PDP applauds Otunba Oyabambi’s philanthropy, party loyalty on his birthday
The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has praised Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi, a young politician and philanthropist, on his birthday, recognising his dedication to community service and commitment to the party’s ideals.
In a statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Olusegun Olusola Adewara, the PDP described Oyabambi as a symbol of hope for the younger generation.
The party highlighted his bold decision to leave the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led All Progressives Congress (APC) and join the PDP as a reflection of his belief in people-focused leadership and his commitment to the welfare of Kwarans.
The statement also commended Oyabambi for his role in the 2023 Kwara South Senatorial campaign, where he provided significant support to his late brother and political ally, Senator Rafiu Ibrahim, the PDP’s candidate at the time.
“Oyabambi’s philanthropic efforts have brought relief to many lives in his community and across the Kwara South region. His selfless contributions have not gone unnoticed, and the party assures him that his dedication to the betterment of society will be rewarded,” the statement said.
On behalf of the party’s leadership and members in Kwara, Adewara prayed for Oyabambi’s long life, good health, and continued success, expressing hope that he would keep making a positive impact on the community, the party, and the state.
The PDP concluded by reaffirming its appreciation for Oyabambi’s support and describing him as a valuable figure in the party’s mission to deliver a better Kwara State.
