Kwara govt sets date for induction of newly-recruited teachers, urges full participations
The Kwara State Government, through the state teaching service commission (TESCOM) has announced the plan to induct newly recruited teachers into the service.
A statement by the Press Secretary of the Ministry Sam Bola Onile, directed the new recruits to stay back at their various duty posts in preparation for their induction exercise schedule for the 30th of July,2025.
The statement, while quoting the Executive Chairman’s remark during a meeting with the management and the in his office on Wednesday, enjoined all newly recruited teachers to take advantage of the exercise to get familiar with the public service rules and also learn from the facilitators, who will be training them on Classroom Management and Effective Teaching and Learning in the classroom.
“All newly recruited teachers are to stay in their zones of their primary assignments for the induction exercise, the statement added
The approved zones where the exercise will hold include:
A. Asa & Moro – GSS Ilorin
B. Baruteen – BGS Okuta
C. Edu- GSS Lafiagi
D. Ekiti & Oke-Ero- GSS Iloffa
E. Ilorin-East, Ilorin-West & Ilorin- South – Queen School
F. Isin & Irepodun – GSS Omuaran
G. Ifelodun, Offa & Oyun – GSS Omupo
H. Kaiama – GUSS Kaiama
I. Patigi – PSS Patigi
