Kwara govt seeks speedy repair of Eiyenkorin-Oko Olowo road
Following the reports of influx of Trailers and articulated trucks through the Ilorin township roads due to the bad state of the Eyenkorin and Oko-Olowo road, the Kwara State government has sought the speedy rehabilitation of the expressway.
The Commissioner for Works, Rotimi Illiasu Suleiman made the appeal during a visit to the damaged section of the road.
He told residents that his ministry is working closely with the Federal Ministry of Works to see how the contractor would be called back to the site for the damaged section to be speedily repaired.
