Kano Gov launches mobile clinics to boost emergency services
In a bid to offer health services and strengthen emergency services, Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Kano State governor, on Monday, launched mobile clinic buses in the state.
Yusuf, in a statement by his media aide, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, reiterated the government’s commitment to give the health sector the needed attention.
The Executive Secretary of the State Hospitals Management Board, Dr Mansur Mudi Nagoda, warned drivers of the ambulances and health personnel attached to them against using the vehicles for other purposes.
“They are meant for patients only, and any person found wanting would be dealt with accordingly,” he said.
