JUST IN: DSS releases NLC President,Joe Ajaero on bail
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), President, Joe Ajaero, has been released from custody on bail.
A social activist and the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress party Omoyele Sowore disclosed this in a post on his X handle on Monday night.
Ajaero was arrested on Monday morning at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on his way to the United Kingdom for an official assignment.
He was billed to attend the Trade Union Congress conference in London, which begins today.
