A broken water line around General Hospital Fence, along Unilorin Mini Campus, in the midday of Monday has caused a serious panic as motorists and pedestrians plying the route expressed mixed reaction over the hapless incident, The Informant247 had learnt.

The cause of the havoc as at the time of filing this report is shrouded in mystery as observants revealed to our correspondent that the torrential flow suddenly erupted without any noticeable cause.

However, the incident momentarily heightened freight among motorists and pedestrians, leading to traffic jam.

While reacting to the incident, Jamiu Suleiman, a motorist implored the state government to swing into swift action as the broken water line could further lead to some unforeseen destructions as it has already taken over the road, restricting pedestrians from accessing it and limiting free-flowing vehicular movement.
