JAMB performance: commissioner pays supervisory visit to Kwara south schools, stresses parental involvement in education

Kwara State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, conducted a supervisory visit to schools in the Kwara South Senatorial District, commending schools and students for their exceptional performance in recent JAMB exams.

During her tour of schools in Irepodun, Offa, and Oyun LGAs, Commissioner Kawu monitored the conduct of the 2024 May/June Examinations, encouraging students to remain focused and wishing them success.

She also evaluated the implementation of the KwaraLearn program in public primary schools, engaging with learners and educators to assess its effectiveness.

Hajia Sa’adatu expressed her gratitude to Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq for his unwavering commitment to improving Kwara’s education sector and for allowing her the opportunity to serve the state.

In a meeting with PTA members at St. Paul LGEA School in Omu-Aran, she stressed the crucial role of parental involvement in education, recognizing the significant impact parents have on their children’s academic achievements.

The visit concluded with accolades from parents, teachers, and students, who praised both Governor AbdulRazaq and Commissioner Kawu for their dedication to advancing education in Kwara State and wished them continued success.
