I’ll solve Almajiri’s problem in Northern Nigeria — Tinubu
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has promised to find lasting solution to the problem of Almajiri if he becomes president in 2023.
The Informant247 learned that the Almajiri problem has been ravaging the country for some years.
The presidential candidate made this promise on Tuesday, while having a townhall meeting with Muslim leaders from the North-west region.
” If I become the President, I will work with you to establish a Commission to find a lasting solution to the Almajiri problem” he stated adding that he would transform the enormous potentials of the Nigeria youth to something productive.
He said he would not abandon the children because they were created by Allah and Allah had given instructions to parents to take responsibility of care of the children from childhood to adulthood.
“We would not tolerate gangsters on our roads and highways. The sanctify of lives must be protected.”
The Governor of Jigawa State, Abubakar Badaru said the presidential candidate was strong and healthy, mentally stable and good enough to govern the country.
