Home based Eagles arrive San Jose for Costa Rica friendly 

The Nigeria Super Eagles team B has arrived San Jose Costa Rica safely at exactly 5:15 am Nigeria time ahead of their friendly match against the world cup competitors Costa Rica.

Coach Salisu Yusuf led side will take on Los Ticos on Thursday in an international friendly that will serve as preparation for the Central American’s Qatar 2022 World Cup campaign.

The game, scheduled for the National Stadium in San Jose, will kick off at 8pm Costa Rica time on Wednesday, 9th November (which is 3am, 10th, November in Nigeria).

Meanwhile, Nigeria will play another friendly match with Portugal ahead African Nations Cup qualifier with Guinea Bissau on 20th March, 2022 scheduled to hold in Nigeria.
