‘Gov Sanwo-Olu will defeat PDP even if he doesn’t come out to campaign’ – Akin Alabi
A federal lawmaker, Akin Alabi has said that the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, does not even need to come out and campaign before he can defeat the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in the forthcoming 2023 election in the State.
The legislator said even if the Governor, who’s recontesting for the number one seat of the State, does not come out to campaign, he will still defeat the main opposition party in the State in the forthcoming election.
This was revealed by the lawmaker on social media when being asked who will win the gubernatorial election in the State.
The lawmaker said politics in reality is different from online politics.
He said online politics indicates that the Governor will lose.
He said, the Governor will emerge for second term in office even if he does not come out to campaign.
He wrote: “The comments here is another proof that online politics is different from the reality on ground. Reading the comments, one would say Sanwo-Olu would lose but the reality on ground is if he does not come out to campaign, he will win comprehensively. LESSON: Never get your political feedback from social media. You will be misled”
