EPL in mourning as Liverpool forward Diogo Jota, brother die in a car accident

In a heartbreaking turn of events, Liverpool and Portugal forward Diogo Jota has tragically died at the age of 28 following a road accident in Spain.

The fatal crash occurred on the A-52 motorway, at kilometre 65, near Palacios de Sanabria in the province of Zamora. Jota, born in 1996, was a significant player for both Liverpool FC and the Portuguese national team. His untimely passing has sent shockwaves throughout the football community and beyond.

According to the Spanish sports newspaper MARCA, Jota died at the scene of the incident, leaving fans and teammates in mourning.
