EPL: Arsenal thrash Bournemouth 4-0
It was an impressive performance from Arsenal on Saturday as they ran riot on their host at the Vitality Stadium.
A commanding 4-0 victory from the Gunners added to the misery of the winnless Bournemouth on their home ground.
Saka broke the deadlock to score his fifth of the season, before Martin Odegaard netted a spot kick and a Ben White’s header wrapping up the win in stoppage time for the visitors.
Meanwhile, it was a huge relief for the Arsenal fans seeing their signee Kai Havertz strike home a second-half penalty to register his first goal for the team.
William Saliba, Declan Rice and Saka who were injury doubts all started the game despite missing the majority of training leading into the game.
A comfortable victory for Manager Arteta and his boys who go into the week a champions league clash with Lens and later Manchester City in the weekend.
Bournemouth are still without a league win under head coach Andoni Iraola. They sit 18th on the log with just three points from seven league games.
The victory saw Arsenal (17 points) coming on closer to league leader, Manchester city (18 points) who recorded a 1-2 loss to Wolves on Saturday.
