Ekiti LG Chair Disburses N10,000 to Corps Members

More than 20 indigenes of Ekiti Local government, called up for the one year national service, has benefited from the ongoing disbursement scheme organised by the chairman of Ekiti Local government, Comr. Yinka Ayeni Dallas.

Speaking during the exercise, Comr. Ayeni noted that the scheme is meant to ease the situation of Ekiti indigenes who were called up for the National service.

“The exercise is meant to ease the situation of Ekiti indigenes going far North and other parts of the country for their national service.” Dallas said.

While appreciating the Chairman,  a beneficiary who identified himself as Ibrahim Yusuf emphasis that the fuel scarcity rocking the country has made it difficult for most of the corps member to go to their various base.

Yusuf said, “Most of us could not afford the transport fare to various base because of the current fuel crises. But all thanks to the Honourable chairman for his kind gesture.
