Eid: Oyabambi urges Muslims to uphold lessons of Ramadan
United Democratic Party’s Gorvernoship candidate in the 2019 general elections, Otunba Adentunji Oyabambi has joined all Muslims across the federation particularly Kwara state in the celebration of Eid-il-Fitr festival on Sunday.
The American based philanthropist had enjoyed the Muslim faithfuls to sustain the good moral taught and practised in the holy month of Ramadan in their day to day activities, abstain from all form of atrocities and political propaganda and live up to the ethics and preachings of Islam
The statement read, “I facilitate with the Muslim faithfuls on occasion of Eid-l-Fitr, we pray Allah to guide our paths, make our lives more easier, fill our hearts with joy and happiness, grant us good in this world and in the hereafter and save us from the chastisement of the hell fire
The perseverance, dedication, orderliness and purity, we have all shown in the sacred month of Ramadan must not be hanged behind doors, as it must be a strong weapon in realizing the country of our dream
Oyabambi, however, advised the Muslim congregations to dispense all that’s in their capacity in the fight against coronavirus pandemic, and to also stay alert to the rules and regulations put in place by the state government in containing the ravaging virus
