Court sentences hotel owner to death by hanging over murder of OAU student
Dr Rahman Adedoyin, the chief executive officer of the Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile has been sentenced to death by hanging by Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo over the murder of a postgraduate student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Timothy Adegoke.
The Chief Judge in her ongoing judgement held that Adedoyin and two of his workers, in a case established by the prosecuting counsel, Femi Falana, SAN, are found culpable of conspiracy to commit murder, unlawful killing of the deceased.
