Adewale Ibrahim College of Health Sciences get approval to operate in Kwara
A newly established institution, Adewale Ibrahim College of health sciences Buari, Kwara state has received the nod to run Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW) course and Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW) courses respectively in a letter signed by the CEO/Registrar of the board on 6th January 2020.
The body after its accreditation visit to the college on 12th -15th Oct. 2019 which gave the college an overall performance of above 50% that made the management of the board grant the college a PROVISIONAL ACCREDITATION to train CHEW and JCHEW students.
The Founder of the the College, Dr. Adewale Ibrahim Afonja, however said the development came with the objective of improving the educational standards of the state and to churn out qualified and sound health care providers for our dear Kwara State and the federation at large.
Dr. Afonja who praised the CHPRBN for the approval, noted that the colleges would not disappoint the board.
The CEO said on behalf of the college management has enjoined qualified candidates to apply for the above teaching jobs in the above mentioned courses.
