AAJ expands educational support programme across Ilorin North West
Honourable Azeez Adisa-Jaji has paid the school fees of 100 Secondary School Students across seven wards in Ilorin North West Constituency.
Beneficiaries of the scholarship were picked in Alanamu, Ajikobi, Adewole, Ubandawaki, Oju Ekun, Ogidi, and Oloje wards in Ilorin West LGA of Kwara State.
According to Adisa-Jaji, the motive behind the initiative was to assist those students who can’t afford to pay their school fees.
Hon Adisa-Jaji, who was represented by Mohammed Jamiu Olokogboro, stated that, with cash released to the students, the beneficiaries will be able to pay their school fees and continue with their studies uninterrupted.
He said, “I realised that many households are struggling to pay the school fees of their children due to the current economic situation of the country, so I deemed it fit to assist them to pay it.
“At least if the school fees are paid, the children will be able to continue their studies uninterrupted.”
While reacting, Ajikobi youths appreciated Hon Jaji Adisah Azeez in a statement signed by Ajikobi youth leader and emirate ward youth leader chairman, Hon Abdulhafeez Sidiq Mannah.
“People’s Democratic Party Ajikobi youth wing expressed gratitude to Hon Azeez Adisah Jaji for the wonderful educational support program for its students.
“The initiatives solve many problems of the inability to pay school fees for secondary school students at this crucial time.
“Hon Jaji put smile on many faces through his office, and the entire Ajikobi youth appreciate the gesture while reaffirming our commitment to the development of the party and saraki dynasty
“We implore others to emulate the good gesture to change the standard of living of the people “May God grant Jaji and his team the best moment in life,” the statement stated.
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Youth Wing in Alanamu Ward, Ilorin West Local Government Area, further extended deep appreciation to Hon. Azeez Adisa Jaji (AAJ) and his movement, saying the scholarship given to the indigent students was timely and impactful.
Their words, “Hon. Azeez Adisa Jaji has shown what it truly means to lead with vision and a heart for the people. At a time when many families are struggling due to the harsh economy, this school fee payment brought relief, hope, and a renewed sense of community. We are proud to have someone like him among us.”
The Youth Wing also used the opportunity to call on other PDP stakeholders and sons of Alanamu Ward to rally around the youth, support developmental initiatives, and continue building a strong and united political front.
“This is our project. The Alanamu PDP Youth Wing is the future of this ward, and we must all take responsibility to grow it. We urge all lovers of progress to support us in building a formidable structure that will serve the interest of our people,” the statement added.
The youth body reaffirmed their loyalty to the PDP and to progressive leaders like Hon. Azeez Adisa Jaji and others, while pledging their continuous support for initiatives that bring development to Alanamu and beyond.
In a related development, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Oloje Ward, sincerely expressed its profound appreciation to Hon. Abdulazeez Adisa Jaji (AAJ), for the extension of his student school fee support programme to indigent students across communities within the constituency, particularly Oloje Ward.
On behalf of Oloje Ward PDP, the Ward Chairman, Hon. Alhaji Abdulwasiu Popoola, alongside Comrade Ibrahim Babatunde Popoola, AAJ Oloje Ward Representative, extended heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Abdulazeez Adisa Jaji for this compassionate and people-oriented initiative.

The people of Adewole Ward also praised Hon. Azeez Adisa Jaji (AAJ) for extending his school fee support programme to the ward.
The PDP Chairman of Adewole Ward, Saheed Olufere, the AAJ representative in Adewole Ward, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the gesture, describing it as a shining example of what responsible and people-centered leadership should look like.
While reacting further, the People’s Democratic Party Ogidi Ward expressed gratitude to Hon Azeez Adisa Jaji for the wonderful educational support program for its students in Ogidi ward.
However, in support of educational interventions, People’s Democratic Party Ojuekun/Zarumi ward thanked Hon. Azeez Adisa Jaji for supporting students in senior secondary school to pay the second term school fees.
