40-year-old man killed by security guard in Nigeria
OSOGBO, Nigeria (The Informant247) – A 40-year-old Nigerian was shot dead by a security guard in southwest Nigeria, police said on Saturday.
Police spokesperson Yemisi Opalola in a statement said that the security guard shot the victim identified as Mohammed Badmus with a dane gun and he died instantly at in Okinni, Osun state.
The police spokesperson said that the suspect had been arrested and the gun recovered from him.
She said that the corpse of the victim had been deposited at a mortuary while the case had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigations.
